This was a large-scale strategic B2I event that brought together over 1,000 employees from across Europe and the Middle East. The main objective was to launch the new division ONE SURGICAL and encourage discussion on strategic themes and future business perspectives. It was not just about analyzing numbers and business plans, but also about strengthening the sense of belonging and group cohesion. The event combined work and fun moments, creating a stimulating environment where the team could connect, share ideas, and experience a blend of professional development and socializing, reinforcing internal bonds and creating a shared vision.
They transformed the Oslofjord Convention Center into a vibrant village-like hub, an immersive space where professional collaboration and entertainment come together—without the need to relocate. With over 50 breakout rooms, a large plenary session, and exhibition spaces, the event combined strategy and networking in an inspiring setting.
• The Festival Square, featuring street food, interactive branding, and a large outdoor screen for watching the UEFA European Championship in soccer, provided continuous entertainment.
• The Viking show, featuring a real ship landing at the fjord, showcased the local area and offered a unique experience.
• Wellness activities along the fjord, such as yoga and running, allowed for body and mind rejuvenation, integrating well-being and performance.
• Exclusive Evening events such as beach party, gala dinner with awards ceremony and spectacular shows.
