This is not a regular conference venue, but a convention village – a unique destination – where you can focus fully on the purpose of your event. You can stay and meet in a new hotel, or in 16 modern hotel buildings with suite apartments.

The conference center

The conference center is the Oslofjord’s first large hall, originally built in 2004. It is now set to be expanded with a further 7,000 m2, modernized and made even more flexible and inviting. Conferences, launches, exhibitions and sporting events are just a few of the possibilities.

The center offers

  • A banquet hall (4,800 m2) that can seat up to 6,800
  • A large foyer, that can seat up to 1,200 dining guests
  • Café, exhibition and pop-up areas

Oslofjord Arena

Oslofjord Arena is a brand new multi-purpose 8,000 m² hall, intended for a wide range of sporting and large events. The hall can be divided into four, with removable partitions that enable parallel events and activities.

The arena offers

  • Own ice hockey hall of 2,500 m²
  • Two outdoor artificial turf pitches with outdoor climbing park and skatepark
  • Large mingling areas with points of sale

Oslofjord Hotel

Our new hotel was completed in spring 2020, and has everything you would expect; whether you are traveling alone or as part of a group of up to 200 participants: 250 rooms, restaurant, two bars, modern conference facilities and parking in the basement.

Oslofjord Hybrid Event

Meeting rooms

We have meeting rooms to meet all sizes and needs. Up to four meeting rooms at the hotel, and 20 at the conference center. They can all be rigged as you wish, with respect to layout, technology, content and refreshments.

Outdoor areas

Oslofjord Convention Center has outdoor areas covering 860 acres of nature ready to be enjoyed. In the beach area, we have arranged outdoor parties and dinners for up to 5 000 people.

The outdoor areas offer

  • A festival square with over 5 000 m², as well as large, multi-purpose lawns
  • Beach area with piers and marina. Boat and SUP rental, etc.
  • Vestfold golf club right next door

Oslofjord is fully-licensed and serves a wide variety of food and drink. We offer menus from almost every cuisine in the world, but particularly enjoy using locally-produced ingredients from Vestfold.
