All our rooms have good ceiling height, a good quality bed, a sofa and a work desk. You can find which accommodation offer applies by clicking on the event you are going to attend. We mainly offer accommodation in hotel apartments or at our own hotel, Oslofjord Hotel. In addition, we have a number of other facilities that will make your stay easier
Hotel apartments 26-47 m²
We have different rooms according to your needs.
From single rooms to 6-person rooms where all rooms have a separate bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony/garden. In addition, there is direct access to the garage under each hotel building.
Oslofjord Hotel 27-37 m²
A premium “all suites” hotel with sky bar, lobby bar and restaurant. Here we offer 235 rooms with a focus on comfort. We have four room categories: Standard, Superior, Executive and Family.
“We had four wonderful days in Melsomvik. The people who worked there were cheerful, welcoming and flexible. The food was decorative, tasty and good. The rooms were very pleasant and very good beds. Accessibility
We want all guests to be able to move around easily and participate on equal terms, regardless of individual accessibility needs. Oslofjord Convention Center is designed as an integrated conference campus, where accommodation, meeting facilities, dining venues and social spaces are located close together. Short walking distances make it easy to navigate throughout your stay. The vast majority of indoor and outdoor areas are step-free, and all buildings are equipped with elevators. Vehicle access is also available directly to accommodation and event venues when required.

Accessible accommodation is integrated throughout the campus, allowing guests to stay close to conference activities and fellow delegates.
