Due to the situation with COVID-19, we have taken the hygiene and safety measures a step further. A comprehensive overhaul, with 200 checkpoints of our processes, routines and plans has been completed, and we are now certified by the renowned consulting company Safehotels. This means that we are the first in Norway with certification at the highest level!

The certification is a confirmation that we have good documentation of all our infection control measures and that we comply with these. This ensures that guests, organizers and employees are well taken care of when staying with us. We work actively to reduce the risk of infection, and should this occur, we have a contingency plan, trained contingency personell and procedures that can handle this.

The certification itself requires custom COVID-19 routines for all parts of our operations and documentation of compliance with these. This includes emergency preparedness plan and organization, enhanced cleaning, documented training of employees, routines for all parts of the customer journey, measures to keep distance, restaurant operations, etc.
