You will receive a link before your stay. When you open the link, you can add the room key to your device if it is supported.

How do I know if my device supports digital room keys?

If your device supports the feature, you will be given the option to add the room key when opening the link you receive before your stay.

What should I do if I cannot add the room key?

You can always check in at reception or get assistance upon arrival. Our staff will be happy to help you.

Can I use both a digital room key and a physical key card?

Yes, you can use both during your stay.

What happens if I have multiple rooms or stays?

The room key is connected to your specific stay. Separate keys will be created for multiple stays or rooms.

If your phone is lost, we recommend using the available security features on your device. You can also contact reception for assistance and receive a physical key card.
