Ownership and organization

Since 2024, Oslofjord has been owned by Oslofjordstiftelsen, an independent and non-religious foundation established to ensure the long-term development and operation of the venue.

  • The foundation’s purpose is commercial operations and long-term development, and all profits are reinvested into the business and the continued development of Oslofjord.

  • The day-to-day operation of the venue is managed by Oslofjord Convention Center AS, which is responsible for sales, marketing, events, guest experience and the ongoing development of the destination.

  • The organisation is led by a management team and board with experience from industries including hospitality, events, business and technology.
