Economic impact

Activity at Oslofjord creates value far beyond the venue itself.

Menon Economics has conducted an economic impact analysis of Oslofjord Convention Center. The report shows that Oslofjord contributes significantly to economic activity, employment and value creation both locally and nationally.

Key findings from the report:

  • Approximately NOK 330 million in value creation in Vestfold
  • Around 650 jobs linked to the activity
  • NOK 120 million in tax revenues generated for the public sector
  • More than NOK 80 million spent with suppliers in Vestfold
  • Around 880 Norwegian suppliers in total
  • More than 420 people employed by Oslofjord
  • 110,000 visitors and 425,000 guest nights in 2025 (representing approximately 13% of all guest nights in Vestfold)

These economic impacts are generated through the use of local services, suppliers, accommodation, transportation and event-related activities.
