Oslofjord Hotel is centrally located on the site. The hotel is packed with all the facilities for conferences and meetings, with 235 rooms, meeting and conference rooms, its own restaurant, lobby and sky bar. Here you have everything in close proximity, parking in the basement and a short distance to both outdoor and indoor activities. For larger events, the hotel has been used as a separate VIP area. If you want good facilities for up to 200 participants, whether it’s a conference, team building or meeting, this is the location for you.

Meeting rooms

At Oslofjord, we see the value of a good conversation. We offer two conference rooms on the first floor with the possibility of different setups for up to 290 people.

Conference room A: 166 m² with space for up to 200 guests in cinema setup. The room is equipped with a ceiling screen, two digital auxiliary screens and a large digital screen at the back of the room. The sound system has good speakers and includes handheld and headset microphones as well as a sound loop for hearing-impaired guests. Conference room A can be converted into two rooms, one of 110m² and one of 40m².

Conference room B: 87 m² with room for up to 90 guests in cinema setup. The room is equipped with two large digital screens, which can also be used as digital whiteboards. We can also divide the room into two smaller conference rooms of 41 m² and 31 m² respevtively.

73 Executive rooms: These flexible rooms have the possibility to raise the bed to make room for a meeting area for 4-6 people with their own table and TV screen.

All our rooms have high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a good quality bed and a desk. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and a good feeling of space. The same high quality is present throughout the entire Oslofjord Hotel.

SkyBar

Experience the fantastic view from the top of the Oslofjord. Feel the exclusive atmosphere. Enjoy selected wines and other items from the exciting bar menu, indoors or out on the roof terrace.

You can create your own SkyBar arrangement, including the use of the SkyBar mezzanine, for up to 110 guests, with 69 seats available. The SkyBar can also be converted into an exclusive conference room, with a large screen and projector. The bar’s mezzanine is equipped with a luxurious meeting table for exclusive meetings for up to 12 people. There are also comfortable armchairs and a bio-fireplace for extra comfort and cosiness.

Restaurant

The restaurant offers breakfast buffet, lunch, à la carte menu and dinner in Nordic-inspired surroundings. It is located at the very heart of the Oslofjord Hotel with 156 seats and is perfect for both mingling and table seating.

Our skilled chefs have many years of experience in creating tailor-made menus with a focus on sustainable, local and healthy food. This is reflected in the physical design with running water between the reception and the restaurant, air-purifying plants and natural light from the ceiling.

Lobby Bar

In our lobby bar you can take a little break with a clear conscience. Enjoy a tasty, hot Americano or a cold refreshment in a cosy and intimate atmosphere. There are comfortable sofas, bar stools and a bio-fireplace that puts cosiness on the agenda. We have all the necessary permits for serving.

The lobby bar is also ideal for a welcome drink with a capacity of 56 seated or 150 standing.

In addition to the conference rooms, we also have 73 unique Executive rooms at the hotel that can be converted into meeting rooms.

VIP hotel

For larger events, the Oslofjord Hotel has been used as a separate area for VIP guests. This provides good opportunities for creating an exclusive atmosphere with a central location in relation to our sports arena and conference centre.
