Set within the coastal landscape of Vestfold, Oslofjord has become a place where sport finds a natural home—defined by community, personal achievement and the joy of being active together. Here, young and old, amateurs and elite athletes meet, all driven by the same motivation: to improve, compete and share meaningful experiences.
From cheerleading and volleyball to fitness and martial arts, Oslofjord brings together sports in many forms. Throughout the year, the venue is filled with athletes, coaches, volunteers and spectators from across Norway—and increasingly from abroad. It is a place where both small and significant moments are created, from the focused preparations before competition to the laughter and camaraderie that linger long after the final whistle.
In recent years, Oslofjord has also hosted major championships, ranging from national and European competitions to world-level events in several sports, including cheerleading. This reflects both the diversity of activities that take place here and the venue’s capacity to host large-scale sporting events.

Together—on and off the field
What perhaps defines Oslofjord most clearly is the sense of togetherness. It is more than an arena. It is a place where team spirit and shared excitement create memories that last. When thousands of participants live, eat and compete under the same roof, a special atmosphere emerges—a feeling of being part of something larger.
For many athletes and families, it is also a significant advantage that spectators, parents and support teams can stay and spend time in the same area as the participants. This creates a sense of safety, simplifies logistics and gives events a more inclusive and social framework.
A venue designed for experiences
With the multi-purpose Oslofjord Arena covering 15,000 m²—including running tracks, a climbing wall and an ice rink—the venue is well equipped for large sporting and training events. Modern facilities and flexible solutions make it possible to host everything from nationwide championships to smaller training camps, supporting both elite sport and grassroots participation.
Outdoors, Oslofjord offers football pitches and large grass areas suited for summer events, while the beach and surrounding waters provide opportunities for beach volleyball, paddling and outdoor activities. In addition, there are dedicated spaces for coaching courses, team meetings and social gatherings—all within one connected area.
These facilities allow sport to develop at Oslofjord, regardless of level. The fjord-side surroundings offer a sense of calm and closeness to nature that many appreciate—a setting where athletes can relax without losing focus on performance.
